Tummy Time Workshop.
A relaxed class, for fun and bonding while learning about the importance of tummy time, and having tummy time fun with your baby. Have a cuppa with other parents after the tummy time fun!
Teaching the art of baby massage over a course of 5 weeks. Baby massage promotes the bonding process through nurturing touch. The baby massage routine can help with sleep, relaxation for both baby & parent and can ease colic, wind & constipation. Classes are part baby massage, part baby related chats with tea/coffee.
Classes can help new mammies connect with other mammies on a similar journey, to help offer support, advice, tips in a safe, non judgemental space. Classes are in person in Moyglare Hall, Maynooth. Daddies are very welcome to join classes or take part in a baby daddy class once a baby has attended a class.
Cost €120. Some cost may be claimed back through private health insurance. Check with your provider.
Bottle of oil, laminated handouts, printed nursery rhymes are included in a welcome pack.

I'm Caroline, a mammy of two girls. After the arrival of my second daughter in the first Covid19 lockdown, I decided to leave the world of pharmacy and train as a baby massage instructor. My passion for baby massage started in 2017 when I attended a class with my first baby. I have recommended baby massage classes to friends and pharmacy customers for the last few years.
Once qualified as a CIMI ( certified Infant Massage Instructor) I began teaching classes online via Zoom. I have facilitated some one to one classes to both parents who wanted to do the class together, and to parents of twins. Once the restrictions eased, I was able to started teaching face to face classes in Maynooth.
Classes are two hours long. Part massage, part baby related chats with a cuppa in hand. I am a member of Baby Massage Ireland. If you have private health insurance, you may be able to claim back some of the cost. Classes are fun and relaxed here in Maynooth. I have created a non judgemental and safe space for chats.

Tummy Time Workshop
Tummy time can sometimes seem like a chore to parents, and they may not enjoy doing tummy time with their baby if the baby doesn't like it!! I'm here to put the fun into tummy time!! My aim is to support parents with a variety of tummy time ideas in a fun, relaxed baby led class. Workshop is about 75 mins long, giving time to discuss tummy time, why it's important, practice activities in the class, and demo activities for at home. Each class includes a cuppa & chat.
